Jotaro locks himself in a jail to protect everyone. He is actually a great guy. Jotaro’s mother really understand what he is and she knows Jotaro loves her. Part 3 is amazing and I hope you enjoy it.

It should be noted that Jotaro is basically the prototypical “yanki,” a delinquent subculture that can be seen its heyday in the 80s and early 90s in Japan. The uniform, hat, and his attitude are pretty much directly inspired by that. So his punkish attitude is a reflection of the times Part 3 was written.
