説明すると長くなるからかなり省略すると、毎日毎日超うぜえ、使えないくせに。

村田は、ちょっと私語を話すとキレてくる。それだけじゃなく、やたらととにかく厳しく縛ろう縛ろうとしてくる。
Murata gets angry when chatting a little bit of private things. Not only that, she try to bind me severely anyway.
話し合いの時に論理も何もないむちゃくちゃなことを言う。なんか朝から勝手に一人で怒ってたりする。
At the time of discussion, she says crazy things with no logic. She is angry alone from the morning with no reason.
村田っちは独身？既婚？子供は？
Is Murata single? Get married? How about Children?
結婚はしてないはず。彼氏が去年できたらしいが、もう別れたかも。てゆーか、あの荒れようは別れたとみるのが正解かも。
I bet she is not get married. I heard she made a boyfriend last year, but it may have broken off already. Or, it might be the right answer to see that it was broken up, if thinking about her rage.

顔と声と笑顔はかわいいとは思う。社会人としての最低限の気配りみたいなものができること。
I think that face, voice and smile are cute. To be able to do something like a minimum attention as a social worker.
笑顔が素敵なだけで許してやれ。あと、怒ったことを反省する女なんてめったにおらんぞ。
Forgive her just because of the nice smile. Furthermore, a woman who reflects on being angry is very rare.
