現代の科学では通説として唱えられているダーウィンの進化論。社会の授業で「人間の祖先は700万年前に現れた猿である」と習うのが普通だ。

米ニューヨーク・ロックフェラー大学のMark Stoeckle氏と、スイス・バーゼル大学のDavid Thaler氏は、共同で、500万の遺伝子断片である「DNA バーコード」を徹底的に調査した。
Mark Stoeckle of Rockefeller University in New York and David Thaler of Basle University of Switzerland jointly investigated “DNA barcode” from 5 million gene fragments thoroughly.


その結果、ほとんどの動物がヒトとほぼ同時期に出現したことを示す証拠を発見。人間を含む現在地球上に存在する生命種のうちの 90％が10万～20万年前に出現したことが明らかになったという。
As a result, they found an evidence that most animals appeared almost at the same time with humans. They revealed that 90% of the life species currently existing on the earth including humans appeared 100 thousand to 200 thousand years ago.
