ハワイ沖で荒天に遭い、積み荷が大量に流出したコンテナ船「ワン・アパス」（全長３６４メートル、約１４万６７００トン）が８日、
神戸市の六甲アイランドに着岸した。巨大なコンテナが崩れた積み木のように船から落ちそうになっていた。
中国から米国に向けて航行中の１１月３０日、ハワイの北西約３千キロで、強風と激しいうねりを伴う低気圧に遭遇。
激しい揺れでコンテナ１８１６個（推計）が流出し、うち６４個（同）は花火や電池などの危険物を積んでいたという。
神戸港で流出・損傷したコンテナや船体の損傷具合を確認する。

あれだけ盛大に倒れてるのを見ると固定ミスとかじゃさそう。
結果論だが嵐に突っ込むかの判断にミスったんだろ。

嵐に遭遇した場合、船自体に危険が及ぶと船長が判断したときは、積み荷を海に捨ててもいいことになってる
