郵便局の者です。ふざけてなんかいません。こちらはゆうパックの引き受け時に中身を開けてまで、
確認できないのです。品名、梱包状態を詳しくお聞きして、中で動いてしまうようなら、
梱包し直していただきます。甘い梱包でクレーム入れる人多くて辟易しております。

元郵便局員として言わせて貰えばこれは酷い、荷受けの時にデコレーションケーキと
聞いていれば断ってるからね。中身内緒にするか嘘をついて送っといて、謝罪に行かされた
課長が気の毒・・・前呟いた事あると思うけど郵便局の課長って半数が心療内科のお世話になるのよ。こういう客のせいで。

ちなみに今郵便局は年賀状の区分けとお歳暮で1年で一番忙しいんですよ。クレームから
謝罪訪問までどうして3時間もあったんでしょうね。死ぬ程忙しいから退勤してから訪問したんですよ。
