【独自】長射程ミサイル、新たに開発へ…敵基地攻撃にも活用の可能性
政府は、年末までに検討中の「ミサイル阻止」の新たな方針の一環として、敵ミサイルの射程圏外から攻撃できる長射程巡航ミサイル（スタンド・オフ・ミサイル）を新たに開発する方針を固めた。地対艦ミサイルを改良し、艦艇や航空機からも発射でき、地上目標も攻撃できるようにする。来週にも閣議決定する。
長射程化するのは「１２式地対艦誘導弾」。現在は百数十キロ・メートルの射程を、数百キロ・メートルまで伸ばす見通しが立ったという。一定のステルス性能を持たせる考えで、将来的には敵ミサイル基地などへの攻撃に活用することも可能とみられる。

離島防衛などで敵の脅威圏外からの対処を可能にする「スタンド・オフ・ミサイル」と位置付ける射程約５００キロのミサイルを、
防衛省が２０２２年３月までに取得することが分かった。
防衛省などによると、取得するのは、ノルウェー製の対地・対艦ミサイル「ＪＳＭ」。開発が完了し、２２年３月中旬が納期となっている。ＪＳＭはＦ３５の胴体内部に搭載でき、レーダーに探知されにくいＦ３５のステルス性を生かした対艦・対地攻撃が可能となる。
空自が保有するＦ１５戦闘機のうち近代化する機体についても、米ロッキード・マーチン社製の射程約９００キロのミサイル「ＬＲＡＳＭ」や
「ＪＡＳＳＭ」の搭載が検討されている。米軍は戦略爆撃機を使いＪＡＳＳＭの発射試験を実施。ＬＲＡＳＭはイージス艦発射用にも開発が進んでいる。
安倍政権は射程上、敵基地攻撃にも使えるスタンド・オフ・ミサイルの保有について、憲法９条に基づく専守防衛との整合性について議論を尽くさずに導入を決定した。
